Addiction Academy is an educational conference offering quality training in the area of substance use disorder and comprehensive treatment. The Academy offers a unique view into the lives of those dealing with addiction and the professionals working alongside them. The event provides an opportunity to learn from organizations and specialists sharing their innovative expertise to promote effective recovery programming.

Recovery Community Collaborative

Addiction Academy is a collaborative event of the Westside Recovery Alliance, comprised of The Hope Resource Center, Lower Lights Ministries, and Sanctuary Night.

Lower Lights Ministries

Lower Lights has been operating in Franklinton for 30 years providing supportive housing and individualized mentoring for some of the most vulnerable people in Central Ohio, including female ex-offenders, at-risk youth, low-income families, and individuals facing drug addiction.

Sanctuary Night

Sanctuary Night is a sacred space serving vulnerable womxn who are at risk for sexual exploitation. We provide a place to rest, eat, connect and get desired resources. It is a vibrant community led by survivors and champions to promote the flourishing of all who sit at our table.

The Hope Resource Center

The Hope Resource Center offers same-day access to comprehensive resources for our brothers and sisters disproportionately impacted by soaring rates of homelessness, drug overdoses, forced prostitution, violent crime, psychosis and poverty in Franklin County (specifically the Hilltop in zip code 43204).
